This two-storey farmhouse sits in the village of Sakatpur, right by Gurugram’s Golden Greens Golf Course and the famous Leopard Trail.
It’s built for slow mornings and long evenings with people you love.
Step through the carved wooden front door — flanked by potted palms and a hanging rattan swing chair on the porch — and the property opens onto a wide private lawn, a tiled pool deck, and a garden shaded by tall trees.
Outdoors
The centrepiece is a private tiled swimming pool with its own sun lounger and seating, lit up for evening swims.
Right beside it, a pergola strung with rattan pendant lights holds two separate lounge setups, and doubles as an outdoor cinema (projector and screen available) — bring your own screening list for movie nights under the stars.
A short walk away, a rustic covered dining pavilion — bamboo screens on one side, exposed stone on the other — has two communal tables where the whole group can eat together. The lawn itself is big enough for lawn games, a bonfire, or just letting the kids run.
Living area Inside
The living room is done up in mustard and burnt-orange sofas around a glass coffee table stacked with board games, opening straight onto the garden through French doors.
A kitchen counter is stocked with a kettle, microwave and a small welcome hamper of snacks. We have stacked the kitchen with complete crockery and cutlery set and it is available for guests to self-cook or re-heat food.
Swiggy and Zomato offers multiple food options, we recommend you to place an order before the dawn and re-heat whenever required. Average delivery time 45-50 minutes.
Bedrooms
Every bedroom here has its own personality — expect botanical mural wallpaper in blush florals, sunshine-yellow blossoms and tropical jungle prints, alongside a calmer olive room, each with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and beds dressed in soft linen and block-print throws, and all bedrooms have an attached washroom. Bathrooms are bright, tiled in white subway brick, with showers.
You’ll have the entire farmhouse to yourselves — the whole house, pool, lawn, dining pavilion and lounge areas are exclusively for your group, with no shared spaces with the owner or other guests.
