Important House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and maintain harmony with our peaceful neighborhood, we follow these guidelines:
1. No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas and balconies.
2. All guests must provide valid government ID and address proof before check-in.
3. Respect the community: no loud music and no outdoor music after 10 pm. Indoor gatherings are welcome.
4. Any illegal activity—including narcotics or solicitation—is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate police action.
5. Meal orders should be placed 5–6 hours in advance; our kitchen closes at 10:30 pm.
6. No male staff may stay overnight in the villa; separate accommodation can be arranged at extra cost.
7. No extra visitors beyond the confirmed guest count.
8. This property is not suitable for party-seekers or stags. Bookings will be cancelled if these rules are violated.

Your scenic drive passes through the historic Army Cantonment area. While most of the road is smooth, the final 2 km stretch is unpaved. Don’t worry—once you arrive and step onto the balcony, the breathtaking views will make that brief bumpy patch well worth it.
